Why does the copied link stop working?

Loom signs the file URL and it expires after roughly an hour. Copy it again if you need a fresh one, or just use Download MP4.

Is there a size limit?

The file is held in memory while it downloads, so very large videos can fail on low-memory devices. If that happens, use Open in tab and save the video from there instead.
